Return Policy

Since tea is a perishable item, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once a product has left our care, we can’t guarantee it hasn’t been opened, tampered with, or improperly stored—so we can’t take it back (even if you pinky promise).

Not your cup of tea? We get it—taste is personal. But we can’t offer refunds based on flavor preferences or buyer’s remorse.

However, if there’s an issue with the quality of your order—like damage in transit or something that doesn’t seem right—we’re happy to send a replacement free of charge.

Your order number

A photo of the item (if applicable)

A brief description of the issue

We’ll make it right—swiftly and without steeping anyone in drama.
